While the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/medibang.com\/contest\/dr-illust\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Illustration<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/medibang.com\/contest\/dr-cos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Cosplay<\/a>\u00a0categories are self-explanatory (aspiring contestants need to\u00a0send in\u00a0images\u00a0or\u00a0photographs\u00a0of their work), the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/medibang.com\/contest\/dr-craft\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Crafts<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/medibang.com\/contest\/dr-paint\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Coloring<\/a>\u00a0categories refer to\u00a0submitted\u00a0images of handmade or 3D craftworks and colored works based on provided templates, respectively.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Though there are no limits\u00a0on\u00a0how many entries you can\u00a0submit\u00a0and which categories you enter, it is worth mentioning that\u00a0works that\u00a0contain\u00a0spoilers for\u00a0Danganronpa\u00a0are\u00a0not allowed.\u00a0Aside from\u00a0Kodaka, entries will be judged by Danganronpa 2&#215;2 producer Shohei Sakakibara and\u00a0the\u00a0development\u00a0team\u00a0at Spike\u00a0Chunsoft.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1515\" height=\"852\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1515px) 100vw, 1515px\" src=\"https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/20260527-672840-001.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-67287\" srcset=\"https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/20260527-672840-001.jpg 1515w, https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/20260527-672840-001-380x214.jpg 380w, https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/20260527-672840-001-768x432.jpg 768w\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Winners will be divided into five groups.\u00a0The singular Grand Prize winner of the Illustration category will receive 50,000 yen (roughly $300), a commemorative gift,\u00a0and a Steam key for\u00a0Danganronpa\u00a02&#215;2 when it releases later this year.\u00a0Three Grand Prize winners of the Cosplay, Craft and Coloring categories respectively will be awarded 30,000 JPY ($190\u00a0USD) each, alongside the Steam Key and commemorative item. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Runner-ups (three entries from the Illustration category and one entry from each of the other categories) will receive 10,000 JPY ($60 USD) in addition to the commemorative gift and Steam Key.\u00a0The User Award, given to the first-place winner in the contest&#8217;s online rankings, will receive a special commemorative gift.
