As the protagonist, you\u2019ll spend your days in the club surrounded by four quirky otaku girls looking for your attention.\u00a0A self-funded project by Japanese writer, author, and\u00a0VTuber\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/lit.link\/en\/todokiuka\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Uka Todoki<\/a>,\u00a0Girlfailure\u00a0ArtClub\u00a0has since grown into something bigger. Instead of trying to cut costs,\u00a0Todoki\u00a0and publisher\u00a0Artodria\u00a0have launched an official development blog on\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/todokiuka.fanbox.cc\/posts\/11757582\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Pixiv Fanbox<\/a>\u00a0to\u00a0crowdfund\u00a0and expand the game\u2019s content, encouraged by the game&#8217;s positive response on social media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/news\/creator-of-otaku-schoolgirl-visual-novel-girlfailure-art-club-launches-fanclub-to-fund-development-several-million-yen-needed-to-support-localization-voice-acting-and-more-content\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Todoki previously&nbsp;stated<\/a>&nbsp;that&nbsp;while several features were in the works (including&nbsp;a localized release), it would take an estimated budget of several million yen for everything to be developed.&nbsp;A&nbsp;portion&nbsp;of that&nbsp;goal seems to have been met, as the team is currently&nbsp;in the process of hiring&nbsp;translators&nbsp;for&nbsp;different languages.
