However, it was abruptly cancelled only a week after the trailer\u2019s reveal due to backlash over the title\u2019s thematic and visual resemblance to Nexon Game\u2019s Blue Archive. It did not help that many of Dynamis One personnel and creators involved in Project KV were former Nexon employees and had previously worked on Blue Archive as core team members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To make things more complicated, following the game\u2019s cancellation, the studio has been under investigation for multiple alleged offenses, including <a href=\"https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/news\/blue-archives-former-co-director-and-staff-members-sent-to-prosecutors-over-alleged-development-data-theft\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">leaking Nexon\u2019s development data<\/a>, embezzlement, violation of employee regulations, and <a href=\"https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/news\/blue-archives-former-developers-made-plans-to-sabotage-the-games-development-before-leaving-nexon-evidence-from-police-raid-confirms\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">plotting to compromise the development of Blue Archive<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, despite the trouble Dynamis One has been facing over the past 2 years, in January 2026 it was <a href=\"https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/news\/former-blue-archive-developers-studio-working-on-new-rpg-following-cancellation-of-controversial-project-kv\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">announced <\/a>that NCSoft would invest in the studio and handle both the domestic and global publishing of the upcoming Project AT.
