{"id":63804,"date":"2026-03-23T13:50:45","date_gmt":"2026-03-23T04:50:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/?p=63804"},"modified":"2026-03-23T13:50:47","modified_gmt":"2026-03-23T04:50:47","slug":"cover-establishes-personal-agency-for-hololive-vtuber-hoshimachi-suisei","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/news\/cover-establishes-personal-agency-for-hololive-vtuber-hoshimachi-suisei\/","title":{"rendered":"Cover establishes personal agency for hololive VTuber Hoshimachi Suisei"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>On March 22, Cover Corporation\u00a0and\u00a0VTuber\u00a0Hoshimachi\u00a0Suisei\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/cover-corp.com\/en\/news\/detail\/c2026032201\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">announced<\/a>\u00a0the establishment of\u00a0the latter\u2019s personal\u00a0agency,\u00a0called\u00a0Studio STELLAR.\u00a0Studio\u00a0STELLAR will provide\u00a0Suisei\u00a0with more freedom\u00a0to \u201cpursue her goals as an artist,\u201d with less supervision from\u00a0Cover Corp. and its\u00a0hololive\u00a0VTuber\u00a0agency,\u00a0with\u00a0which she will\u00a0continue to\u00a0be affiliated.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1684\" height=\"938\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1684px) 100vw, 1684px\" src=\"https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/20260323-63804-001.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-63808\" srcset=\"https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/20260323-63804-001.jpg 1684w, https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/20260323-63804-001-380x212.jpg 380w, https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/20260323-63804-001-768x428.jpg 768w, https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/20260323-63804-001-1536x856.jpg 1536w\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Suisei\u00a0will continue her collaborative and group activities as an affiliate of Cover\u00a0and\u00a0hololive,\u00a0such as\u00a0event appearances and product planning.\u00a0However, her solo activities, particularly those as an artist\u00a0and\u00a0streamer,\u00a0as well as\u00a0merchandise sales\u00a0and fan club management, will be handled by Studio STELLAR.\u00a0Suisei\u2019s\u00a0personal talent managers at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nerd-creation.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Nerd\u00a0Inc.<\/a>\u00a0will\u00a0be overseeing these parts of her career in collaboration with Cover Corp.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoshimachi&nbsp;Suisei&nbsp;has come a long&nbsp;way&nbsp;since her debut in 2018.&nbsp;Initially an indie&nbsp;VTuber, she auditioned for&nbsp;hololive but was rejected&nbsp;under the premise that&nbsp;her myriad of skills&nbsp;would be difficult to balance&nbsp;(Suisei\u2019s&nbsp;streams back then consisted of her singing, dancing, drawing, and gaming, just to name a few).&nbsp;After asking&nbsp;hololive for a second chance following a rejection email, she was taken in on the condition that she would join their INoNaKa Music label.&nbsp;She&nbsp;would&nbsp;later&nbsp;join the mainline&nbsp;hololive lineup in 2019.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"\u30d3\u30d3\u30c7\u30d0 \/ \u661f\u8857\u3059\u3044\u305b\u3044(official)\" width=\"1160\" height=\"653\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/8ZP5eqm4JqM?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Suisei\u00a0would follow up with\u00a0several achievements, including being\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/AAsRtnbDs-0?si=dkTlAgWmRr4QYs0h\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the first VTuber<\/a>\u00a0to appear on the popular Japanese YouTube music channel \u201cThe First Take,&#8221;\u00a0surpassing 100 million views on her \u201cBIBIDIBA\u201d music video, and holding many live performances, all while managing her\u00a0VTuber\u00a0responsibilities.\u00a0It\u2019s\u00a0no surprise that\u00a0Cover Corp.\u00a0found it fitting for\u00a0her\u00a0to transition to a \u201cnew support framework,\u201d one that allows her\u00a0to strengthen her solo activities.
