The individual also admitted to profiting\u00a0from\u00a0the images.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"ja\" dir=\"ltr\">\u3010\u5f0a\u793e\u6240\u5c5e\u30bf\u30ec\u30f3\u30c8\u306b\u5bfe\u3059\u308b\u8ab9\u8b17\u4e2d\u50b7\u884c\u70ba\u7b49(\u6027\u7684\u30a4\u30e9\u30b9\u30c8\u8ca9\u58f2)\u3078\u306e\u5bfe\u5fdc\u72b6\u6cc1\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u3011 <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/qlMokZIpW8\">pic.twitter.com\/qlMokZIpW8<\/a><\/p>&mdash; \u3076\u3044\u3059\u307d\u3063\uff01\u3010\u516c\u5f0f\u3011 (@Vspo77) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Vspo77\/status\/1884182277682520145?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">January 28, 2025<\/a><\/blockquote><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>VSPO!,\u00a0like\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/news\/hololive-nijisanji-owners-form-committee-to-tackle-cyber-bullying\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">many VTuber agencies<\/a>,\u00a0prohibits the creation and\u00a0distribution\u00a0of\u00a0content\u00a0featuring\u00a0sexual depictions\u00a0of its talents,\u00a0as well as\u00a0the monetization of such content.\u00a0In an out-of-court settlement,\u00a0Brave Group demanded the deletion of the individual\u2019s NSFW content and\u00a0made them promise to abstain\u00a0from creating future content that includes sexual depictions,\u00a0infringes\u00a0copyright, or\u00a0is\u00a0defamatory\u00a0towards its\u00a0talents.\u00a0The company\u00a0sought 10 million JPY (roughly $65,400\u00a0USD) in damages, while promising to waiver 6 million JPY\u00a0($39,200\u00a0USD)\u00a0of the amount if the defendant agreed to\u00a0pay up\u00a04 million JPY ($26,100\u00a0USD)\u00a0immediately.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to\u00a0Brave Group\u2019s\u00a0announcement,\u00a0the damage waiver was included after the company determined\u00a0that the culprit\u00a0showed sincere remorse:\u00a0&#8220;We evaluated the sincere response from the individual, including a heartfelt apology and the voluntary disclosure of all sales revenue obtained from the relevant illustrations,\u00a0along with supporting evidence.&#8221;\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1543\" height=\"913\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1543px) 100vw, 1543px\" src=\"https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/20260217-57072-001.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-57087\" srcset=\"https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/20260217-57072-001.jpg 1543w, https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/20260217-57072-001-380x225.jpg 380w, https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/20260217-57072-001-768x454.jpg 768w, https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/20260217-57072-001-1536x909.jpg 1536w\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The evidence also showed that the $26,100&nbsp;USD&nbsp;damages&nbsp;request&nbsp;exceeded the culprit\u2019s total sales revenue.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moving forward, Brave&nbsp;Group plans to&nbsp;go after&nbsp;other&nbsp;individuals who have broken VSPO!&nbsp;regulations, particularly those related to copyright infringement and NSFW illustrations. It is also currently working on multiple lawsuits and&nbsp;negotiations against posters, websites, ISPs, and platform&nbsp;providers that create or&nbsp;host&nbsp;such content.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This\u00a0isn\u2019t\u00a0the\u00a0first time Brave Group\u00a0cracked\u00a0down on a VSPO!\u00a0fan creator for posting\u00a0sexual\u00a0content.\u00a0In January 2025, a doujin artist was asked to\u00a0delete\u00a0their\u00a0content and promise\u00a0not to\u00a0make similar works.
