While\u00a0DEI-related efforts like\u00a0worldwide\u00a0expansion\u00a0and improvements to the workplace environment were\u00a0actually\u00a0going\u00a0well,\u00a0management issues\u00a0resulting from\u00a0Ubisoft\u00a0being a\u00a0France-based\u00a0multinational\u00a0enterprise\u00a0led to issues.
