Obtaining the item in <strong>Pok\u00e9mon Legends: Z-A<\/strong> requires completing several research tasks, one of which involves winning 1,000 Pok\u00e9mon battles. While you would normally need to use your flesh-and-blood hands to complete this assignment, YouTube channel <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/@ProfessorRex\/featured\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Professor Rex<\/a> repurposed a 3D printer and turbo controller to do most of the work for them.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Legends ZA Clanker Solution\" width=\"1160\" height=\"653\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/DIG76MT-O_k?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>By creating a makeshift controller holder out of a plastic container and foam, they were able to keep a turbo controller in place while continuously holding down its \u201cA\u201d (confirm) button. They then placed the controller under a reprogrammed Prusa Mk 4 3D printer, the hotend of which routinely presses the controller\u2019s left \u201cL\u201d trigger.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This controller setup locks onto an enemy Pok\u00e9mon with the L trigger as soon as a battle starts. Continuously holding the \u201cA\u201d button spams the \u201cattack\u201d and \u201cconfirm\u201d commands, thereby automating the battle process.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While this method is still possible without a 3D printer, it will be much slower. Regardless of whether you decide to use your hands or the printer, you still need a strong Pok\u00e9mon equipped with a Rocky Helmet (which damages any attacker that comes into contact with it) and a turbo controller\u2019s hold function.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Professor Rex YouTube channel is dedicated to all things Pok\u00e9mon. It even includes a behind-the-scenes look at how the team <a href=\"https:\/\/youtube.com\/shorts\/hAbNINvxZ-g?si=tcw_krJZGSuOplOg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">speedruns hunting Shiny Pok\u00e9mon<\/a>.
