A total of four new playable characters will join in future updates scheduled between this winter and next spring, as part of paid DLC. New character stories and battle stages will be added as well. It will focus on bug fixes and minor balance adjustments. The details are listed on the <a href=\"https:\/\/meltyblood.typelumina.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">official website<\/a>. The aim of the balancing changes is to adjust \u201careas where the characters\u2019 intended strong points were insufficient, or their weak points were considered too weak, etc.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Currently, all characters in the game are said to be strong, except for Saber. Ver1.03 will buff Saber with an aim to improve \u201cmid-range efficiency such as strengthening hitboxes and reducing recovery.\u201d Adjustments will be made to other characters as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In terms of bug fixes, the issue with the high jump where it was difficult to input ahead of time, will be fixed. It brings the series into high definition with all-new character visuals. On the gameplay side of things, the battle system has been revamped and implements a simple-to-execute combo system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The game includes Noel and Vlov Arkhangel, two new characters that appear in <em>Tsukihime \u2013A piece of blue glass moon\u2013<\/em>, and Saber from the <em>Fate <\/em>series as a part of its 14-character roster.
