Jury comments: &#8220;It is minimalist, yet striking. The font, tiles, yellow, etc. appeal to the viewer&#8217;s existing visual memories, and everything evokes the image of a subway. The simplicity creates boldness, and the clarity creates beauty.&#8221;<\/em>\u00a0<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>As a partner of the Cannes Film Festival, the Prix Luciole Awards ceremony aims to raise awareness of the importance of poster designs in movie promotions. Featuring subway tiles and actor Kazunari Ninomiya (who plays the main character) trapped within the giant \u201c8\u201d in the middle of a yellow background, the poster evokes a sense of being trapped in a bright, well-lit subway.
