What\u2019s even more amazing than the large mural itself is the fact that the artist didn\u2019t use an oxygen tank for the duration of her underwater painting.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE | Miracle Beneath the Waves\" width=\"1160\" height=\"653\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/IQJnoOIYYxY?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The artist\u2019s prolonged underwater exposure is supposed to reflect how Little Mermaid was trapped underneath the ocean after falling from space. After finding a clue to her whereabouts from the Heretic Leviathan, the Nikkes Cinderella and Grave leave the commander and his team to search for Little Mermaid.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1513\" height=\"853\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1513px) 100vw, 1513px\" src=\"https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/20250422-47294-001.jpg\" alt=\"Goddess of Victory: Nikke Little Mermaid\" class=\"wp-image-47298\" srcset=\"https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/20250422-47294-001.jpg 1513w, https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/20250422-47294-001-380x214.jpg 380w, https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/20250422-47294-001-768x433.jpg 768w\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>While the artist in the video isn\u2019t a robotic Nikke, her dedication to her craft combined with careful oxygen management allowed her to complete the underwater painting over a total of 20 hours (source: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.famitsu.com\/article\/202504\/40189\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Famitsu<\/a>). You can see how she first traces the stencil on the canvas in pastel before coloring and adding in the finer details. Balancing your expressive artistic side while being oxygen-deprived can\u2019t be easy, which makes the finished painting all the more impressive.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Goddess of Victory: NIKKE is available on <a href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=com.proximabeta.nikke&amp;pli=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Android<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/apps.apple.com\/us\/app\/goddess-of-victory-nikke\/id1585915174\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">iOS<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/nikke-en.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PC<\/a>.
