This HR 9 minimum requirement quest has players hunting <a href=\"https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/news\/monster-hunter-wilds-weird-naked-mod-removes-feathers-and-fur-from-select-monsters\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">a full-furred Congalala<\/a> in the Scarlet Forest for Droolshrooms &#8211; an ingredient used in creating meals.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">\ud83d\udcdc EVENT QUEST \ud83d\udcdc<br><br>Curb this beast&#39;s appetite in the event quest: Congalala Cravings! The Congalala\u2019s infamous farts inflict Stench by default (which prevents the use of healing items) but the effects will change depending on what type of mushroom it ate last (if any). Speaking of mushrooms, the monster occasionally eats the local mushrooms to inflict different ailments with its breath attack. A Parashroom will cause its breath to inflict Paralysis. A Toadstool will give it Poison breath. Lastly, eating a Nitroshroom will cause a Congalala\u2019s breath to inflict Blastblight.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Make sure to bring the appropriate healing items before fighting a Congalala. Deodorants counteract Stench. Antidotes, Herbal Medicines, and Herbal Powders cure Poison. Rolling around rapidly removes the Blastblight effect (provided you haven\u2019t exploded yet). If you\u2019re having trouble keeping track of all the counteragents, consider <a href=\"https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/tips\/monster-hunter-wilds-essential-items-to-bring-on-a-hunt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">bringing a few Nulberries<\/a> as they are a good catch-all cure. There is no other way to remove the Paralysis status ailment aside from getting hit, so be careful when a Congalala ingests a Parashroom. Alternatively, you can prevent a Congalala from eating a mushroom by attacking it while it is in mid-animation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1363\" height=\"762\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1363px) 100vw, 1363px\" src=\"https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/20250327-46153-002.jpg\" alt=\"Monster Hunter Wilds ice element attacks\" class=\"wp-image-46160\" srcset=\"https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/20250327-46153-002.jpg 1363w, https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/20250327-46153-002-380x212.jpg 380w, https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/20250327-46153-002-768x429.jpg 768w\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>When it comes to weaknesses, the Congalala is weak to Fire and Ice attacks and has a normal susceptibility to Poison, Sleep, Paralysis, Blastblight, Stun, and Exhaust.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Defeating a Congalala in the Congalala Cravings quest will award you with Droolshrooms \u2013 an ingredient that adds the Food Skill Black Belt Meal (Lo) to dishes. This skill reduces the stamina consumption of moves like normal evades, <a href=\"https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/tips\/monster-hunter-wilds-how-to-do-a-superman-dive\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the Superman Dive<\/a>, and readying an arrow with the Bow.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Monster Hunter Wilds is out now on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam).
