This will involve the two companies combining their respective strengths and exchanging employees.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Founded on in January and unveiled in March this year, <a href=\"https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/news\/former-dev-from-netease-games-ouka-studio-establishes-his-own-company-that-wont-push-the-responsibility-of-management-onto-developers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Studio Sasanqua<\/a> is a new game company set up by former Ouka Studios dev and Visions of Mana co-director Kenji Ozawa. Glitz Visuals, on the other hand, is a company of 25 people specializing in CGI graphics, trailer and music video production.
