That\u2019s a lot of people playing an almost 10-year-old, single-player game.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Since going on sale on Steam for only $1, UNDERTALE reached a new peak of concurrent players for the first time since 2015!<br><br>(It&#39;s still on sale for a few more days&#8230;) <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/wlwcnwnGgd\">pic.twitter.com\/wlwcnwnGgd<\/a><\/p>&mdash; tobyfox (@tobyfox) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/tobyfox\/status\/1901049377134907874?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">March 15, 2025<\/a><\/blockquote><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>When Fox checked SteamDB\u2019s statistics, Undertale had amassed a 10,739-player all-time peak &#8211; beating the previous record of 10,459 concurrent players from December 29, 2015. That number has since <a href=\"https:\/\/steamdb.info\/app\/391540\/charts\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">grown to 11,071 players<\/a>, and is likely to keep growing while the game is on sale.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As Fox mentions in his X post, <a href=\"https:\/\/store.steampowered.com\/app\/391540\/Undertale\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Undertale will still be on Steam&#8217;s Deep Discounts<\/a> for a few more days.
