The Lingering Imprint costume, first appearing in Venom (2018) #8, unleashes a relentless force\u2026 <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/YmTWEGBXcu\">pic.twitter.com\/YmTWEGBXcu<\/a><\/p>&mdash; Marvel Rivals (@MarvelRivals) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/MarvelRivals\/status\/1897074632806572074?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">March 5, 2025<\/a><\/blockquote><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Venom\u2019s Lingering Imprint costume is based on his appearance in 2018\u2019s Venom #8, where the Codex of Flash Thompson momentarily takes over the Venom symbiote worn by Eddie Brock (it is also loosely based on Flash\u2019s Agent Venom costume). As with many of Venom\u2019s in-game costumes, Lingering Imprint is made to look larger and more menacing to fit the character model. The costume also doesn\u2019t have a mouth opening, so you won\u2019t see Venom\u2019s extra-large tongue lolling around <a href=\"https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/tips\/marvel-rivals-venom-guide-abilities-and-how-to-use-them-effectively\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">when swinging through the game\u2019s maps<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"900\" height=\"685\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px\" src=\"https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/20250305-45199-001.jpg\" alt=\"Marvel Rivals new skin venom\" class=\"wp-image-45204\" srcset=\"https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/20250305-45199-001.jpg 900w, https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/20250305-45199-001-380x289.jpg 380w, https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/20250305-45199-001-768x585.jpg 768w\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Cloak and Dagger\u2019s Twilight Duo costume seems to be going for a more Italian mob-like feel. According to in-game lore, the two heroes don these sharp outfits in the streets of Sicily.
