South Korean game studio Dynamis One is reportedly still posting job listings for new staff despite currently being under investigation for multiple offenses. The executives of Dynamis One, who are former Nexon Games employees, are suspected of leaking development data of Nexon\u2019s undisclosed game project, embezzlement, violation of employee regulations, and plotting to compromise development of Nexon\u2019s Blue Archive<\/a> (which they worked on while at the company) for personal gain. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A search and seizure of Dynamis One\u2019s offices<\/a> was conducted by Seoul police on February 24, the results of which have confirmed some of the suspected crimes. However, as reported by South Korean outlet Gameple<\/a>, Dynamis One posted new job listings on local recruitment sites on February 26 \u2013 two days after the raid. The listings in question are for project managers and technical artists.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despite Dynamis One\u2019s controversial Project KV being cancelled<\/a>, the project they are hiring for is still reportedly described as \u201ca Japanese anime-style 2D game like Blue Archive,\u201d with a high proficiency in the Japanese language being a requirement for PM positions.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is doubtful that any talent will consider joining Dynamis One at the moment, however, as its executives are likely to face criminal punishment for violating the Unfair Competition Prevention Act if the investigation concludes that they did leak Nexon\u2019s data and sabotage Blue Archive. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
