Created by coach Adam Sinicki of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thebioneer.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Bioneer<\/a> for Ubisoft, the workout plan aims to train your body for five weeks, inspired by how famous Assassin\u2019s Creed protagonists might have exercised.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"I Designed The OFFICIAL Assassin&#039;s Creed Workout for Superhuman Athleticism and Agility\" width=\"1160\" height=\"653\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/nXlqiZtmyAE?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Each week is themed around a different era featured in Assassin\u2019s Creed games, with classic assassin training in week one, pirate training in week two, Spartan training in week three, Viking training in week four, and shinobi and samurai training in week five. Tactical pull-ups are a must for any aspiring climber but aren\u2019t as important for a Viking raider.
