In anticipation of the Yakuza\/Like A Dragon <\/strong>series\u2019 twentieth anniversary this coming December 8, 2025, SEGA and RGG Studio have launched a popularity vote project consisting of one hundred Like A Dragon-themed merchandise ideas. Participants vote for which idea they want to be made into a real product, with the top-ranked item guaranteed to be commercialized within two years.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While some ideas presented in the poll are standard fare, such as a 20th<\/sup> anniversary Like a Dragon trophy<\/a> and a fountain pen<\/a>, others are more creative and reflect the outlandishness of the franchise. The\u202fOrder of Munan Chohept Onast outfit<\/a> worn by Munan Suzuki in Yakuza 0 is one such crazy idea, as is the oversized traffic cone<\/a> that Goro Majima uses to sneak up on Kazuma Kiryu in Yakuza Kiwami.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SEGA and RGG Studio mention that the images used in the poll are meant as references and that some changes may occur when the merchandise is actually produced. A follow-up poll may be conducted after the winning entry has been decided so that fans can choose the final design of the product.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As many product ideas as there are in the poll, only the winning idea will be commercialized. You can vote once per day from February 8 to March 31 Japan Standard Time (JST) on the merchandise project page<\/a>, whereupon you will be redirected to a separate page where you can enter a few details regarding your choice (you can also choose to enter your nickname and gender if you so wish).
