Hayter (<a href=\"https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/news\/metal-gear-voice-actor-david-hayter-associates-the-year-of-the-snake-with-metal-gear-solid-delta-snake-eaters-upcoming-release\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the longtime English voice of Solid Snake and Big Boss<\/a>) will be voicing The Whisper \u2013 a thief and anarchist looking to make his way through a dying maze of a comic book-inspired, steampunk city. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After the city\u2019s scientists unearthed something that should have been left alone, its citizens were transformed into mindless monsters. It becomes your job as The Whisper to get to the bottom of the mystery surrounding the city\u2019s downfall and survive the madness within.\u00a0The Whisper will encounter various characters on his journey, including Gabriel (Christopher Randolph) and Stella (Jennifer Hale).\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Randolph is the longest-serving English voice actor in the Metal Gear franchise, <a href=\"https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/news\/toddler-restores-metal-gear-fans-faith-in-the-future-of-gaming\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">voicing Hal Emmerich\/Otacon<\/a> and his father Huey Emmerich. Jennifer Hale has voiced numerous characters in video games, cartoons, and films, but her biggest contribution to the Metal Gear franchise is providing the voice for Naomi Hunter. Whether Gabriel or Stella will be aiding or hindering The Whisper in his quest is a mystery, but it\u2019s nice to see their voice actors in a single game again.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"SteamDolls - Order Of Chaos \u25ba Demo Teaser\" width=\"1160\" height=\"653\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/d0_AuMpSTns?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>When it comes to gameplay, SteamDolls &#8211; Order of Chaos allows you to freely choose between combat and stealth on a 2D plane. Mixing both gameplay styles seems best, as there are times when you\u2019ll find yourself overwhelmed by enemies or unable to progress while hiding. Deal enough damage to a foe and you\u2019ll be able to perform a brutal finisher. While a lot of the voice cast hails from the Metal Gear Solid franchise, the game itself draws inspiration from titles like Hollow Knight and Castlevania (the latter of which is another classic Konami franchise). &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SteamDolls \u2013 Order of Chaos is set to launch in Early Access on <a href=\"https:\/\/store.steampowered.com\/app\/1305260\/SteamDolls__Order_Of_Chaos\/%22%20%EF%B7%9FHYPERLINK%20%22https:\/\/store.steampowered.com\/app\/1305260\/SteamDolls__Order_Of_Chaos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Steam<\/a> this February 12, but <a href=\"https:\/\/store.steampowered.com\/app\/3215670\/SteamDolls__Order_Of_Chaos_Demo\/%22%20%EF%B7%9FHYPERLINK%20%22https:\/\/store.steampowered.com\/app\/3215670\/SteamDolls__Order_Of_Chaos_Demo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">a free demo<\/a> has been available to play since October 2024.
