There is more to Helltaker\u2019s story than the main premise, as Piskorz adds context to the characters both in and out of the game (he creates SFW character art and the occasional Helltaker comic, posting them on <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/vanripperart\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">his X account<\/a>). This official background info also likely inspires fans\u2019 creations. Thus, Piskorz jokes that he has been inevitably corrupted by Helltaker\u2019s success and the mountain of NSFW art that followed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite this, he released his newest game, Awaria, completely for free on Windows, with <a href=\"https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/indie-games\/helltaker-creators-new-game-awaria-to-get-macos-and-linux-builds-with-beta-versions-now-available-on-itch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">macOS and Linux versions in the works<\/a>.
