During the program, the IP\u2019s general producer Yusuke Tomizawa talked about the future of the Tales of series\u2019 Remaster Project.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As the long-running RPG series celebrates its 30<sup>th<\/sup> anniversary, Tomizawa <a href=\"https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/news\/tales-of-graces-f-remastered-is-only-the-first-step-in-the-tales-of-series-remaster-project-that-will-revamp-older-titles-for-comfortable-playing-on-modern-consoles\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">reiterated<\/a> that he will be putting all his effort into remastering past titles and making sure they can be played on modern platforms.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"\u300e\u30c6\u30a4\u30eb\u30ba \u30aa\u30d6\u300f\u30b7\u30ea\u30fc\u30ba 30\u5468\u5e74\u30d7\u30ed\u30b8\u30a7\u30af\u30c8 \u30b9\u30da\u30b7\u30e3\u30eb\u751f\u914d\u4fe1\" width=\"1160\" height=\"653\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Fs4h2yfF8D4?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Tomizawa\u2019s comments (in Japanese) start from around 37<\/em><em>:<\/em><em>12 in the broadcast.<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first game to be released as part of this project will be <strong>Tales of Graces f Remastered<\/strong>, coming in January. In addition to updated visuals, the remaster of the 2010 game will also feature QoL improvements such as auto-save, various skip functions and the option to disable enemy encounters.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After introducing Tales of Graces f Remastered, Tomizawa talked about what is next for the Remaster Project. He revealed that they plan to consistently release remasters \u201cfor as long as we can.\u201d He also explained that the team already has a development framework in place and is hard at work to bring old entries to modern platforms.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Tales of Graces f Remastered \u2013 Gameplay Trailer\" width=\"1160\" height=\"653\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/MGlgsKCOSE0?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Tomizawa was unable to reveal what the next game to get the remaster treatment will be. However, we do know that they <a href=\"https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/news\/the-upcoming-tales-of-series-remasters-were-made-possible-by-giving-up-on-chronological-order-producer-says\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">won\u2019t be going in chronological order<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Still fresh in the minds of series\u2019 fans is 2023\u2019s Tales of Symphonia Remastered, which suffered from multiple bugs at launch that had to be patched out later. By emphasizing the Remaster Project\u2019s development system, it seems that Tomizawa may be trying to alleviate any concerns that fans have about the quality of the upcoming remasters.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tales of Graces f Remastered is scheduled to launch on January 16 for the Nintendo Switch, PS4\/PS5 and Xbox Series X\u2758S\/Xbox One.
