Titled \u201cMAKE\/HUMAN,\u201d the video features Toshihiro Nagoshi, the creator of Sega\u2019s Yakuza\/Like a Dragon franchise and CEO of Nagoshi Studio himself.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the video, Nagoshi\u2019s face suddenly bursts open, followed by a surreal sequence of flesh, cells and eyeballs. A <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/nagoshistudio\/status\/1852185951839359360\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">post<\/a> by Nagoshi Studio on X gives further context behind MAKE\/HUMAN, explaining that the video \u201cexpresses the identity that the developer aspires to,\u201d which includes pursuing unique craftsmanship in their games as well as touching human drama.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Nagoshi Studio \/ MAKE\/HUMAN\uff08Sub\/\u5b57\u5e55\uff09\" width=\"1160\" height=\"653\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/DK05x-e93wg?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>To commemorate Nagoshi Studio\u2019s third anniversary, Nagoshi shared a message with fans, in which he provides some information about the studio\u2019s progress and principles (source: <a href=\"https:\/\/game.watch.impress.co.jp\/docs\/news\/1636059.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">GameWatch<\/a>):\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background\" style=\"background-color:#eaeaea\"><em>It&#8217;s been three years since we founded Nagoshi Studio. When I think back, we started with just a few people. At the beginning, we didn&#8217;t even have a landline, let alone a server, so we spent all our time creating plans and looking for staff.<\/em>\u00a0<br><br><em>It was about six months later that the studio gradually began to take shape. I still had no idea what the future held, but I was supported by my dreams and the staff who came together to make those dreams a reality.<\/em>\u00a0<br><br><em>Now, we have expanded our floor space, and we have a studio with more than 80 skilled staff members who are capable of producing games.<\/em>\u00a0<em>Although it\u2019s still too early for us to release our work into the world, we continue to devote ourselves to it every day.<\/em>\u00a0<br><br><em>However, as our studio increases in scale and pursues the kind of games that the times demand, we have to be prepared to accept various changes in the technology and workflows that we use. Naturally, this is not an easy task, but no matter how much things change, the value each of our staff members place on \u201cpeople\u201d remains unchanged. We will continue to adhere to this principle as we strive to realize our goals.<\/em>\u00a0<em>Thank you for your continued support.<\/em>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nagoshi Studio has yet to make any game announcements, but it seems the developer\u2019s scale has grown considerably in the past three years, and Nagoshi\u2019s message implies that they are in the midst of development.
