According to the game\u2019s official Discord server, the delay was caused by Google flagging the promotional image for the Operation Midnight event as inappropriate.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1280px) 100vw, 1280px\" src=\"https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/snowbreak-20240822-307318-header-1.jpg\" alt=\"Snowbreak: Containment Zone\" class=\"wp-image-35868\" style=\"width:658px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/snowbreak-20240822-307318-header-1.jpg 1280w, https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/snowbreak-20240822-307318-header-1-380x214.jpg 380w, https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/snowbreak-20240822-307318-header-1-768x432.jpg 768w\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>As seen above, Operation Midnight features the new Operative Vidya Agave in a scantily clad outfit. The Google Play Store\u2019s decision to delay Snowbreak: Containment Zone\u2019s latest update was perhaps due to the image primarily featuring Vidya Agave\u2019s big bossom. This isn\u2019t the first time Snowbreak: Containment Zone has run into delays and censorship, as the promotional video for the same update went through similar issues on YouTube (the video has since been made available to watch on the platform).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"&quot;Operation Midnight&quot; Version Trailer\u4e28Snowbreak: Containment Zone\" width=\"1160\" height=\"653\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Mxr9tL73SNQ?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The 2.1 update has since gone live on the Google Play Store with no noticeable changes in its promotional image and video. To compensate for the delay, Android users were issued compensation by way of in-game currency.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Snowbreak: Containment Zone recently updated its age rating to M\/PEGI 16 and has been actively releasing sexier and more revealing character skins. The developers have also been regularly implementing new character voice lines and intimate interactions.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The title\u2019s producer for the Japanese region <a href=\"https:\/\/automaton-media.com\/en\/news\/snowbreak-containment-zones-dev-says-sexy-updates-will-continue-despite-criticism\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">recently told AUTOMATON<\/a> that Snowbreak will keep pursuing fanservice, as this is what the developers have identified as \u201cwhat the players\u2019 need\u201d.
