The arcade version of Taiko no Tatsujin<\/strong> will be released for the North American market, going into operation in November 2024, according to a press release<\/a> by Bandai Namco Amusement and Bandai Namco Amusement America (BNAA).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The rhythm game series Taiko no Tatsujin, designed to simulate traditional Japanese Taiko drums, first appeared in Japanese arcades in 2001 and has since made its way to consoles and mobile platforms too. While some console and PC titles have received English localizations, the arcade version of the rhythm game, which has the player actually hit a simulated set of Taiko with drum sticks, has so far been predominantly available in Japan and Asia.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, this November, Taiko no Tatsujin arcade machines will be officially rolling out in North America for the first time. Bandai Namco Amusement lead planning and development, while the US branch will handle local production and sales.
