Shortly upon the DLC\u2019s release, a strange behavior of the new Pok\u00e9mon Okidogi was discovered and reported by an X (formerly Twitter) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/wfdanotsu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">user<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\nhttps:\/\/youtu.be\/LPUv2rOZ8ws?feature=shared\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero DLC for Pok\u00e9mon Scarlet and Violet consists of Part 1: The Teal Mask and Part 2: The Indigo Disk. There\u2019s a dark bit in the second half due to an editing mistake but here\u2019s some screenshots as well, he\u2019s way far back even from the opponent&#8217;s perspective.&nbsp;<\/font>&nbsp;<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In the video posted by @wfdanotsu, Okidogi appears to move backwards by one position each time he uses Knock Off. Responding to my inquiry, @wfdanotsu said that after using the move six times, Okidogi disappears entirely from the default camera view. Furthermore, continuing to use the move after this point makes Okidogi go all the way behind the trainer, as can be seen in the screenshots provided. It almost looks like Okidogi is trying to turn the tables on his trainer. In their experiment, @wfdanotsu\u2019s used Knock Off a total of thirty times.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In writing this article, I decided to hold an experiment of my own, and since @wfdanotsu tested out the phenomenon in competitive battle, I decided to see how things turn out when facing wild Pok\u00e9mon.
