Nishikawa is a YouTuber who goes by <strong>Nekokun<\/strong> and is known for making <em><strong>Fortnite<\/strong><\/em> content. According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fnn.jp\/articles\/-\/346223\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">FNN Prime Online<\/a>, Nishikawa has previously been arrested and prosecuted for cocaine possession and the cannabis found on him this time was while his personal belongings were being searched.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\nhttps:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=_ber8kTbSHs\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Nekokun is a content creator who has centered around making YouTube videos since around 2018. With a heavy focus on <em>Fortnite<\/em> content, the channel has nearly 900,000 subscribers as of this writing. In recent years, Nishikawa has also been active in the competitive scene, even participating in the Fortnite Champion Series. Nishikawa is also the owner of their own team called Mister Clan, which has a sponsorship with the gaming PC brand OMEN.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"\u30de\u30c3\u30d7\u306b\u300c\u9b3c1\u4eba vs \u9003\u30521\u4eba\u300d\u3010\u7a76\u6975\u304b\u304f\u308c\u3093\u307c\u3011\" width=\"1160\" height=\"653\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/KfR42-2eC54?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><br>According to Asahi Shimbun, who contacted the investigators, Nishikawa is under suspicion of having 0.5 grams of cannabis hidden in rolled tobacco paper. Nishikawa admitted the charges saying, \u201cI bought it in Kabukicho (a district in Shinjuku, Tokyo) two and a half years ago for my own personal use.\u201d They added, \u201cIn order to not lose my focus and play poorly, I made sure not to smoke while making content.\u201d<br>[Update 2022\/04\/13 18:33 JST] updated the paragraph above to clearly state the source of information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After receiving the news, Captain Shota, a content creator that streamed with Nishikawa <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Captain_Shota\/status\/1514097177253277698\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tweeted out<\/a>, \u201cI would like to speak after gathering my thoughts,\u201d refraining from commenting on the situation.
