I get it, yes, western gamers are more patient with bugs and glitches while our Japanese counterparts will quickly hit negative reviews. We here in the West arent always so kind, just take a look and you'll see many games with 1 star reviews on xbox and steam from English, French and Dutch players.
So what does that mean? It could mean;
The industry has been so rushed in the last 10 years every game still comes out as a basically a WIP with heavy patches and such in the first 3 months of release, but is this the flip to it being such an enhanced graphics and multiple platforms.
Or even as simple as;
Dev's are being lazy,
Dev's are overworked and pushed for deadlines thus missing these things.

Either way, one bug (unless it kills your game entirely and makes it totally unplayable) isn't worth totally damning a game.

I notice devs seem to spend too much time on social media reading every negative comment, taking to heart and not focusing on constructive ones. Gamers too could fixate on devs that criticize gamers.

I will say that gamers are the customers, the ones expected to buy increasingly expensive games, standard of buying games before actually released, that buying DLC is inperitive to thr survival of studios, expected to be positive despite years of a clear international standard of games being unfinished at launched and told they will be patched day one or soon. A industry that said games will be cheaper if digital and proved a lie, that passes coste to users, that pays millions or more for psychologists to suggest worse tactics employed by casinos and if not that, if politics are injected or localization altered, be grateful and ignore politicians also seeing it as an issue.

But yes, gamers being uncouth online is the problem to focus on.
