					<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m fairly certain there have been court cases in the last few years over stuff like this, since in both the US and Europe anti-discrimination regulations prevent discriminating against people that don&#039;t use PCs (either due to choice, wealth or a disability)
As a result giving potential employees an advantage based on the PC software they use is illegal. (Asking for their PC skillset is not, but they could aquire skills at work/university/etc. without owning a PC themselves, so that doesn&#039;t come under the anti-discrimination regulations)]]></description>
