One of the patents Pokemon is claiming is the whole creature gliding mechanic but yet other games have done this as well. Not to mention everything the Pokemon company has tried to go after Palworld for is things that have been done in other games. However, everyone is over looking that fact that the Pokemon company is a greedy company that is solely targeting one other company for things that a lot of games have. I personally think that the Pokemon company should face legal repercussions for their obvious greed!
