I think they shouldn’t make this payment method available to overseas customers. The whole censorship problem started because they are getting known in the West. They should make a DLSite International that doesn’t have any adult content and accept Visa and MasterCard, keep the adult stuff available for domestic customers only.

This is the way. I imagine the first alternative they came up with is for foreigners, others online stores need to adopt this approach and shows how complacent many became depending on foreign company controlling so much in Japan.
