Taking the original game and updating its graphics and further tying it to Chrono Cross would be ideal (They already did that with the DS and PC port but they could do it better).

More than a remake though I’d prefer a third game that restores a happy timeline to the CT characters. Chrono Cross had a bleak future for them. It kind of makes their efforts pointless on a personal level.
