I am sure in the East it is much more about putting too many Gacha’s when the market is oversaturated as it is. I think it might be time to go back to more full experiences with DLC than to rely heavily on a unsustainable system that has too many up’s and downs as a whole. It would help Mobile and also on Video Games in the West. Not to say they can not do some GAAS but it needs to be much more of a secondary thing than primary much like Nintendo does.
