Letting Western people influence your product too much, it ruins why I got into anime in the 80’s: unique and fun stuff. Who in the production of One Punchman, thought that the pacing and animation quality was good compared to season one? I could go on….a

They need to paying their staff better and don’t bid on crappy products that won’t get a good budget. That will filter stuff that don’t need an animation series. It’s good business practice to stay open.

* Feature shounen leads as weak, useless nobodies who have everything taken away by ugly / better men.
* Create “cute-girls-doing-cute-things” “pink bishoujo ghettos” where males are either useless or nonexistent.
* Overwork your anime-creating staff without pay or benefits. They’re the reason why anime exists.

Whatever CoolMic and OceanVeil brings in from Japan; make more of that. Make more “porn with plot;” NOBODY likes censorship. It’s your law but it’s why people wanna leave Japan.
