GOG's great. I use them for my classic titles and indie titles when I can, but I make my newer purchases on Steam which I also think is a fantastic platform. They can easily exist side by side. I've never really cared about the whole DRM thing anyway. They say you own your games, but if you don't have every game in your GOG library downloaded and they go bye bye, so do your games so I don't really see any difference. I've never had a game taken away from me on Steam and I've been using it day one. I have plenty of games on GOG that I bought they've done a lousy job getting to work on modern systems.
